I also cover the cost of professional cleaning and high-end photography for every listing, because I believe in having skin in the game and showing my sellers that I’m 100% on their side. Once your home goes live, my communication doesn’t stop—I send weekly updates detailing local market activity, new ideas for the upcoming week, performance reports for our online marketing, and feedback from every showing. This proactive, transparent approach ensures you always know what’s happening and consistently leads to smoother closings, stronger offers, and the best possible outcome for my clients.
